I might widen the gap between BoDB Goku and Ox King. He is Roshi's second best student, killed several dinosaurs in filler and tanked bullets just as well as Bora.

Yeah, killing dinosaurs is a really big feat at this part of the series. Not sure how series this feat should be taken, but it's definitely something to be seriously considered.

Bacterian was way stronger than the Orin Bully. Kuririn's kick sent bully flying while Bacterian wasn't even knocked out by a kick. He also has hype from Yamcha fir being strong so I think that warrants a 1.25x gap.
I also feel like Ranfan was underrated. She made it past the prelims. Even after recovering from.being flustered by her Ranfan could still react to Nam's attacks and he had to get serious.

Agreed. Bacterian is actually quite strong.

I think Ranfan is atleast BoDB Kuririn level. Even if she flirted with the preliminary fighters she would still have to physically knock them out the ring.

Beating the Bear Bandit though? Nahh… I wouldn’t rate her much above a regular woman she’s not strong. She has a blade blast thing though.

This is pretty nice. Is Mai wrecking Bulma that easily though? And can Shu not beat Bulma? Pilaf being Oolong level makes sense to me though.

Kuririn didn't know how strong he was against the bully and used too much power. Bacteria is definitely weaker than Yamcha since Yamcha thought only Goku and Kuririn could beat him in the tournament.

Makes sense. His bite strength is much stronger than a T-Rex's. I'll think of a better placement when I get to the RRA Saga so I compare him to Octopapa.
