Which of these villains is worse and why?

Here’s what I believe personally:

Manga Red > Blue > Black > Anime Red

In the Manga Red still wanted to take over the world after becoming taller but in the Anime he only used the Red Ribbon Army to become taller.

I remember Victorious once saying on Shinden Reborn that Tao Pai Pai saved that Arc and he was right sadly.

Did anime Red really only want to get taller or is that only in the dub? The dub changes a lot of lines so I wouldn't trust it.
