Kaioken x 3 Namek Freeza vs. Gingertown Cell

Kaioken x3 would make Freeza 420 on my levels and Gingertown Cell is 600 so Freeza loses even with x4.

What about if he used KKx5, and had the same strain as Saiyan arc Goku using KKx3? @Animelover5487

600 vs 700. That's only a moderate gap, somewhat out of rivaling range. KKx3 Goku couldn't put Vegeta down even at 1.33x. Cell still wins.
