Is Goku forever 39 now?

In Battle-of-Gods when it was thought Goku was born & send to earth the same day Planet-Vegeta was destroyed it was said it was 39 years ago.

In DB-Super Broly it was again implied Goku was 39 I think & some-how Planet-Vegeta’s destruction was now 36 years ago, even-though Broly happens after Battle-of-Gods.

AT did not want Goku to turn 40…ever.

Well in BoG Bulma said she was 41. Bulma is 4 years older than Goku so Goku would be like 37 assuming Bulma wasn't lying about her age. That would mean DBS Broly is 2 years after BoG.

That’s impossible. Pan’s about to being born in less than a year means it’s impossible.

Originally it was thought Goku was born on the same day the Planet was destroyed so when Bills talked about Planet-Vegeta being destroyed it was thought that at-least that meant 39 years old = Goku, even-though that was already hard to make sense of as-is if you look at the intricacies.

Goku has time dilation on his age.

He doesn't age while dead.

He's dead for a year in the Saiyan saga. He ages ahead by about a year in the Cell saga. That puts him about back where his age should be.

Then his age stalls for 7 years up to the Buu saga. He's 7 years younger than his chronological age.

Then he spends a few years across DBS in time chambers of different kinds. He may have caught up to his chronological age or is slightly younger than his chronological age by the Granolah saga.

I didn’t ask about his age with time dead & stuff. Also RoSaT for Goku & Gohan in Cell-Saga was ~10 months.

He met Ash Ketchum and the Simpson family in the Other World and picked up some tips.

i think in gt vegeta mentioned to bulma about how sayions like him and goku do not age like regular humans on earths do

and also do not forget how many times goku and vegeta has died in both dragon ball z and i think in gt
