Mickey Mouse should win with complete ease lol. Toonforce is generally unstoppable tbh. Only literal Gods (think Beerus against Ariel) can really overpower it.

I think 2x is logical given Nail thought Piccolo could beat Frieza if he came back whole. Which would give Piccolo like 300K then 600K if he merges enough to beat Form Frieza. I usually have it for Androids Piccolo 300 -Kami Weights 550 (rivals Androids) -Kami 600 Cell (Initial) 470 -Humans...
