I read a little of Yawara Happiness is my second favourite manga from Oshimi after Flowers of Evil.

I've only read like five chapters lol, but I like it. I think if you enjoy Monster, you will enjoy his other works. Mujirushi is fairly short but very good.

Regarding both Oshimi and Urasawa, I think you'll have a good time reading anything they've published. Fantastic mangakas.

I don't mind manga that has sexy elements but that can't be the only thing.

Assuming you're talking about also watching the OG subbed, I have no idea. Kai for all it's differences has a better dub than Z, but I'm not sure about the subbed versions.
