I think 700k is good. If you just apply Monster Zarbon's boost to Freeza, that's where you should end up. Vegeta and Co. should be able to at least manage something against a 700k Freeza. It'll be tough on them no doubt, but they got somewhat of a chance.

Captain Ginyu doesn't even know about King Cold. King Cold in the original canon should be more of a shadowy figure, not well known by Freeza's men.

Vegeta, Krillin, and Gohan can definitely defeat 1st Form Freeza. It's possible they can defeat a Transformed Freeza who has Monster Zarbon's boost.

Agreed, I don't think the 22nd Budokai fighters could do it either. I think it might take Old Piccolo's full power to do it, but I might have Shenron a bit stronger too. Shenron has a power level of 1 on my scale lol. Raditz is over 1,000x stronger than Shenron haha

He's only able to really fend off Oozaru Vegeta because Vegeta is toying with him. Remember, not even a KKx5 Goku at full power would have any affect on Oozaru Vegeta. I think Goku is more damaged than Vegeta is, Goku comes out of the blast battle in worse shape.
