Ginyu in the anime says Goku is a lot stronger than he expected. Is 65k still not enough to make this quote work?

Any reason this thing can't be amped pretty high? This might be able to be 60k imo A powered up Goku is taken off guard and doesn't want to take it head on. 65k Goku deflects it easily and 75k Goku is forced to respect it. I see no reason it can't be 60k.

This gap is larger than we originally thought. Teen Gohan expects to be able to defeat Goku and Vegeta after they already told Gohan they had both gotten a lot stronger. Teen Gohan > Expected Goku/Vegeta > CG Goku
