It might seem like it, but we do have the several-times stronger statements quite a few time, through-out, which if we take literally then it's def. possible.

Like Lisa from the Simpsons once said, several is higher than a few (which in turn is higher than 2), but maybe a-bit lower than a bunch.

If "Nanbai" is the word that's used and it means multiple-times, why did Herms say several-times? Not saying it's that much of a difference, but he translates things as raw as possible, IIRC. Unless it just means both (several & multiple).

Japanese doesn't really have different words for several and multiple pretty much. (Theres another way to say nanbai, but it means basically the same thing.) Nanbai kind of means a number of times, which translates to multiple, and he uses several I guess.

I'll take a guess and say that Goku in the early Piccolo Daimao arc is about 10% of Old Daimao's power. Old Daimao might be able to win with 2% power, but I don't think he's going to win with just 1%.

Not to me. I would put Goku (@Old Daimao) at 16 or 17 times stronger than Blue. 40% Daimao is 2x Goku imo, so Blue would be about 1.15% of Old Daimao.
