The team probably win. Nappa's feats don't suggest his destructive capability or durability to be over 100x that of those two, not to mention it gives multiple Piccolos the opportunity to charge up several Mankankosappos as the rest of the team act as distractions.

I'm not sure why their abilities would stack on top of one another because they have more numbers. BoZ Goku and Piccolo were weak enough to be one shotted by Raditz if he was serious. Nappa can vaporize them all instantly.

SSJ2, what do you think about Freeza fearing the entire population of Planet Vegeta could take him on? These are pretty similar circumstances to this thread's.

What Freeza really feared was a Super Saiyan rising up. Did Freeza himself ever state that he was afraid of the Saiyans being able to beat him if they unified? If I'm not mistaken we only hear that from Carbon/Dodoria. Furthermore, Jheese states that Freeza only feared Super Saiyans.

That'd be assuming they all rush Nappa. If they decide to be smart and spread out of range of his Volcano Explosion, they have a good chance of building up their counterattack whilst he's forced to pick to Galus off individually, especially when all of them can use the Taiyoken.
