#19 gets stomped badly. I think #19 post falls in the middle between Base and SSJ given how Base Vegeta’s kick hurt had as much effect as 19 post’s punch on SSJ Vegeta.

He absorbed a KHH from SSJ Goku and then absorbed a-lot of Goku's energy before he passed-out. SSJ Goku's KHH couldn't potentially put him so low, I think.

He also didn't seem to absorb the full potency of that Kamehameha (That should have at least the same power as Sick Goku's own power level), otherwise he would've become way stronger than Sick Goku.

He did become way higher and was beating-up Goku by the end. Dr. Gero said he powered-up several levels or something, IIRC.

I don't think a Cyborg can weaken by being beaten-up like an organic being, after-all they don't actually use any Ki. Does a robot lose energy by running?

Viz is where Gero says he powered up several levels (Exponentially stronger is the term he uses IIRC). Herms he only says #19 got stronger.

Goku could still fight back for a bit, even though Gero said Goku lost power by firing the Kamehameha. Think of something like this:
SSJ Goku: 150
~ Kamehameha: Minimum 150
~ Post Kamehameha: 75?
Android #19: 100
~ Post Kamehameha: Minimum 250
Don't you think the fight would've been way more once sided? Goku even managed to land a punch on #19.

Gero was worried that Goku would make #19 run out of energy with all the stomping. It seems like they can lose energy, much like organic beings have limited stamina and stuff. Only difference is that Androids don't feel fatigue.

I'd have to look at the fight again but absorbing the KHH definitely was sort-of the start of turning the tables in #19's favour.

Run-out of energy? Seemed more to me like Goku was about to destroy before he could even do anything.

It definitely was. It didn't instantly become a full stomp in 19's favour though.

The way #20 worded definitely seems like he was running outta energy:

Seems like weird wording more than anything. He could still always absorb energy unless he's completely destroyed and #19 wasn't really making any progress anyway until the sickness started getting worse.

He can't absorb energy if he runs out of it is what Gero's talking about. He'll deactivate, explode or whathever and won't be functioning or "alive" anymore to absorb energy.

He did make some progress after he ate the Kamehameha, but it was mostly Goku's illness that dragged him down.

Exploding because of Goku destroying him is the most likely in my opinion.

I like to think that 19 and 20 weren't as strong as 100% Frieza but still stronger than 50% Frieza. Either way, I think I'm going with 19. Even if Goku didn't have strain from KKx20, he is going to tire out. I don't think 19 can run out of energy like organic beings do

Between 50% and 100%? Wouldn't that put this fight decisively in Goku's favour? KKx20 Goku on Namek wasn't light-years behind 50% Freeza and Android Saga Goku even sick is probably >>> Freeza Saga Goku.

Well, for starters, I don't really have Goku making much progression during the three years. But then again, 19 and 20's powers are kinda iffy, so I could be wrong and they're actually stronger than 100% Frieza.

Still though Goku post-Namek could one-shot Freeza so that's some improvement.
