Could go either way. When Kuririn finds out Goku and Vegeta are off planet, he basically says “at least Gohan and Boo are here. Wait, Boo is sleeping? Gohan is rusty? Oh no!”

I’m not sure what that’s supposed to mean. Could they beat Freeza? Together? Alone? Hold him until Goku and Vegeta arrive? Just give Kuririn hope because they’re miles ahead of fodder like himself Piccolo?

Also it’s best if we ignore Gotenks entirely. He’s always left out for no reason in particular under the excuse of “they’re too young”. In his script notes, AT says they’re out because “they can’t lose the next generation”?, whatever that means.

This is going by Daizenshuu and other official numbers.

Freeza could go as high as "about 70%" before he had to buff his body to reach 100%. He can still buff himself as seen in the tournament of power, he just doesn't use it in combat because his golden form is superior.

70% of Namek Freeza's official 120 million level would be 84 million, which is just over 158.49x his 1st form's power of 530,000. Since Freeza approximated his highest non-buff power, chop off some decimals or round up or down a little to get a reasonably close multiple.

1st form Freeza ends up nearly 3.4x stronger than Ultimate Gohan by this method. If a manga purist wants to scale Super Vegeta lower it could allow Gohan to take the lead.

But is Base Goku > SSJG Goku still a thing post BoG? They think Boo is a valuable asset for U6. And Goku doesn’t even absorb SSJG in the manga.

But Kuririn knows Freeza has several transformations, so wouldn't that mean Gohan and Boo are stronger than 1st Form Freeza?

That's entirely possible too, forgot to put that in my post. But I doubt anybody here would take Mr Boo > 4th form Freeza seriously. It doesn't even fit unless Freeza's transformations got massively nerfed.
