I'd have it closer than 90%. Vegeta [vs zarbon]/Cell [vs goku] weren't using so much effort to defend themselves.

Krillin being 250k is wanking... 75k is official and fine.. Vegeta could of counted on them still getting stronger... Krillin can be at best 120k... Gohan being 200k... Vegeta is 420k

Yeah because characters that are many times under Freeza can make so much of a difference.

That's a good point. Vegeta/Zarbon, Goku/Cell were having an easier time dodging. Pretty safe to say that Krillen is closer than that. Now that I think of it, some of the stuff Cell did, could make Yamcha vs Jackie closer than I thought.

Initial Jackie Chun vs Yamcha is at least 1.5x to me. The level of effort is at least Goku vs Ginyus. Cell is speedblitzing Goku without too much effort, but this latter is still clearly on the fight, with Cell having to use some good movements to do it. Jackie is compeletely nonchalantly and isn't even changing the place he was originally at.

I think Zarbon suffered from lack of yuuki when Vegeta started dominating. In the beginning of the fight,
he could somewhat keep up with Getes.

No, only when one shows such signs, ex. Nappa vs Goku, Zarbon vs Vegeta, Fat Buu vs Grey Buu or Kid Buu
(BTW, i planned to post a thread about the Good Buu/Grey Buu being small because Good Buu was
obviously nervous during that fight, but the answer you made me give beat me to it)

I personally would blame Zarbon's performance on a lack of skill rather than Yuuki. Vegeta even pointed out how lazy and inexperienced him and Dodoria were.

Why? I thought you liked this theory too.
At the beginning of the fight, Zarbon could see Vegeta's movements
and respond to them. Then, Vegeta could dodge Zarbon's kicks as if
he was standing still. It's obvious Zarbon lost his cool.
