Where is that suggested in the manga?

Just look at their fights. Yamcha is a pretty straightforward fighter, but Kuririn uses stuff like math, his bald head and even the Kamehameha to get openings.

You think Kuririn should be stronger than Yamcha would be without the Kamehameha?

I can see him being around Yamcha's WFF level. Krillin was aware that Yamcha had the WFF when he said Yamcha was about as good as him. That should be factored in. Your numbers show Yamcha being capable of one shotting Krillin with a KHH which simply isn't suggested. At worst you should lower your amps for all of Yamcha's attacks.

Kuririn also knew Yamcha could do the Kamehameha when he said that though. It was after Goku beat Pamputto. Granted Kuririn could also do the Kamehameha by that point, but it was a pretty weak one.

Idk, a ki based attack is different than a physical technique that simply heightens your ability. I see no reason why it shouldn't be factored in. Again, where is it implied that Yamcha is above Krillin at all? Krillin makes it ambiguous by saying Yamcha was "about as strong" as himself, but it's pretty evident that Yamcha isn't one shotting Krillin with any of his techniques.

I don’t have Yamcha being capable of one shotting Kuririn anyway other than perhaps the Kamehameha though. The Roga Fufuken takes him from slightly below to slightly above Kuririn. And although he hadn’t mastered it, Kuririn could at least muster a Kamehameha strong enough to badly injure Chaozu, another somewhat inferior rival.

Badly injure? It seemed like it hardly did anything to Chaozu in the grand scheme. It's further evidence that their KHH multipliers should be minimal at that point in time.
