I guess Goku should take this, though probably not too easily. It was only once Goku defeated Kuririn that Roshi questioned his superiority to himself, meaning there was likely a fair difference between Goku's level against Chappa/Pamputt and against Kuririn. Unlike Kuririn, Goku also has complete mastery of the Kamehameha, with Roshi stating Kuririn would've beaten Chaozu had the same applied for him, so regardless of the gap, Goku should still take this either handily or with some difficulty.

It is very true what you say, but Krillin and Yamcha are surprised how strong Goku (Deleted against Pamput), although they witnessed how powerful Goku (Deleted against King Chapa). Despite that, Krillin (TB22) "rival" Goku (Deleted against Pamput) and Chaozu (TB22) "rival" Krillin (TB22). For the same reason I have to Chaozu (TB22) on Goku (Deleted against King Chapa), but with an extremely small difference, but it can go either way.

Yes he said it would come out easy but in the tournament Chaitzu's psychic abilities were enabled. As for this thread, not so much.

The only thing we do know is that Chaozu (Dodonpa)> Krilin (TB22)> / >> Chaozu (TB22). However I do not think the Dodonpa Chaozu a great amplifier. Anyway I think Chaozu (TB22 / No psychic attacks) and Goku (Deleted against Chapa) should be on a similar level and could go either way.
