Can you post the statement where she states she's confident in taking on Goku?

And is it stated or implied somewhere that Goku with his weights on is stronger than Old Piccolo when he knocked out Chappa? Goku was extremely suppressed with his weights on when he knocked him out.

What says his weighted level here is any different from when he fought Tenshinhan?

He also wasn't anywhere near his full power the first time he fought him. So what evidence is there for 23rd Budokai Chappa > 22nd Budokai Goku?

I said it's my opinion, and I base it on his confidence, as I abide by him seeing the rest of the Budokai.

Is there a reason you're getting so defensive over someone viewing Chichi as that strong? Do you have something against her?

Young King Piccolo was so much stronger that there was no comparison to his old self. Depending on how big you really think it is (I think he got several-folds stronger), she can be there.
