They're basically equals in my list, so it could go either way. I'm more inclined to give it to Tenshinhan though.

Dunno... probably around x4 or greater, because Tambourine is many times stronger than Cymbal, who is implied to be stronger than Kuririn and Yamcha, who are stronger than Post-Karin Goku. Of course, to 'many times stronger' equates to twice as as strong, so who knows.
