3rd Form Freeza's Full-Power

I was just randomly thinking about this for some reason.

Freeza powered-up in his 1st Form. Freeza powered-up in his 2nd form. Freeza powered-up in his final form.

With his 3rd form, he just basically came and went. Probably was tired of being so ugly because we know his power wasn't really an issue. Oh yeah. And he didn't want to take any chances with Gohan and Vegeta.

I know that Freeza has to be below Vegeta after he was healed no matter what level he was at. Aside from being able to see a much more powerful Freeza's finger beams, Goku (who thought he might lose to 3rd form Freeza even if he was healed) was pretty shocked that Freeza was able to overwhelm a powered-up Vegeta. And this was after sensing his Ki in his final form.

So, do you think he started out close to or at Full-Power? Or do you think he was just that much stronger than everyone without being near his max?

It is possible that he started out at fill power. He had just been humiliated by Piccolo and wanted to torture him to death after transforming. I wouldn't be surprised if he went straight to his max.

Assuming he wasn't at full power, how much room would that really leave him to power up? I could maybe see one mild power up like 2nd Form Freeza's first power up, but any more than that feels inconceivable.

Freeza said it’d be easy for him to defeat everyone in his 3rd form after Gohan almost defeated him.

It can be something like this...

Piccolo- 1.500.000

Freeza 3rd Form (initial)- 2.000.000

Freeza 3rd Form (full power)- 2.500.000

Freeza 4th Form (initial)- 3.000.000

There's no way the gaps are that small given the pure difference in power shown. Piccolo was stronger than full power form 2 furiza, and couldn't even dodge 3rd forms attacks. Then they can't even see form 4 furiza's. Those are huge gaps.

As for the topic form 3 probably wasn't at max, but it made little difference, even Gohan's strongest attack was barely an inconvenience.
