There is no Mystery 4th Fighter, but Mystery 1st Fighter. It would make more sense for Baba to replace her
weakest fighter of the previous team.

Devil Man thought he could win even though Mummy was one shotted. That's a huge gap there.

I just think it's more logical. If you had a team of 5 fighters and you got a new one, stronger than the previous
5, wouldn't you take out the weakest, move the remaining 4 one place lower each and give the top place to
the newcomer? On the other hand, since there's no proof either for Roshi knowing Mummy or not, maybe
Baba constantly changed her team by discovering new, stronger fighters and Devil had just been her top dog
for a long time because he was so strong. In that case, there is no specific Mysterious Fighter, but many
Mysterious Fighters.

also the way master-roshi says that akkuman's already coming-out, makes it sounds as if some1 else is supposed to be after mummy-kun

Yep everyone else is irrelevant. It's all about Devil Man coming out 4th and not last that's the issue. He's always been the strongest as Fantastiche said and pretty his post covers everything.
