Piccolo after three years of training. Who wins???

Probably Piccolo. Don't really know where Cooler stands in comparison though.

Lol. We know Piccolo (Android arc) has trained for 3 years in preparation for some powerful Androids. So he's going from ~1,500,000 to who knows what.

Android 19 and 20 are not as powerful as Android 17 and 18 from the future and certainly not as powerful as their modern day counter parts.

Personally i put 19 and 20 at 90,000,000 with the capability of increasing their power level substantially. Dr. Gero admitted that he had no knowledge of the power of Super Saiyan. He knew about Kaioken and thats it.

So he probably could have calculated Goku to be at best 60,000,000 and therefore designed himself and 19 to be significantly above that. 90 -120 million. These two androids probably max out at 200,000,000 fully charged.

Piccolo is probably somewhere around 90,000,000 and would get rofl stomped by Cooler's final form, 175,000,000.

For to have trained, and to have gone from ~1,500,000,000 to 200,000,000 plus in 3 years regular training is a tad ridiculous. Lol

To me Cooler is equal to Yadrat Goku so Piccolo takes this.

I put Cooler on the same level as Future Trunks in his debut or inbetween Future Trunks and Yardrat Goku. I put Piccolo a considerable amount above that, so Piccolo's got this. He might not even need to remove his weights.

Weighted Piccolo can still take this pretty easily imo, though he'd need to remove them if Coola uses the Supernova.

He was confident against foes who were stated by Trunks to be stronger than SSj Yardrat Goku.

Because they expected a villains who would be stronger than Freeza and they never denied it.

Piccolo was also uncertain if Gero/19 just weren't as strong as they thought, or if they'd gotten too strong. Wouldn't say that if he were way weaker than post-Yardrat Goku and SSJ Trunks during his first appearance (who admitted to being fodder to the cyborgs).

Piccolo also believed a weaker Gero than the one he later trashed would have won against a tired Vegeta, which altogether makes it doubtful that Piccolo is an ant to him.

They're strong enough to beat Yadrat Goku and Trunks but not monster compare to them.
