I think AboCado assrapes. SSJ Goku's Kamehameha during a time period after the Boo saga would logically do a lot worse to any of this Cell's attacks than what it did to Abocado's Wahaha no Ha, so I think he might even surpass Super Vegeta, let alone Gingertown Cell.

Plus, if we take the kids' usage of Fusion rather than attempting to fight him as Super Saiyans as indication of his power, there's no way he can be below any Cell that isn't Perfect or Super Perfect. Of course, Toei's nerf boner might have struck them both
