About Gohan vs Dabura?

What if Gohan was an SSJ2, but AT just didn’t bother to draw electricity around him to show how unimpressive he’s now? I know he drew electricity at the Budokai, but that was different maybe (first time SSJ2 is seen since the Cell-Saga). After-all not long after was going to be SSJ2 Goku vs Majin Vegeta. If Gohan is so bad now that even his SSJ2 can’t get electricity it shows how low he is now.

So:

SSJ2 Gohan > Dabura ~ Perfect-Cell, but with-in rivalling-range showing how much Gohan hasn’t trained at-all. Struggling with some-one who he trashed with ease years ago.

Agreed except Dabura was stated to be stronger than Perfect Cell after he showed his magic.

Boo arc SSJ2 Gohan = Dabura (with Magic) = Beyond Limits Cell >> Perfect Cell

SPCell arguably rivals young Gohan. No way could Boo-saga Gohan be on-par with him. I meant in-terms of Ki level.

Yeah that's why I think Goku was talking about Perfect Cell when he said Dabura was equal to Cell. Goku probably couldn't sense how powerful SPC was too good while in otherworld.

This is how it should have been obviously, but the art is undeniable. There's also the fact that Gohan himself admits that he and Dabura aren't fighting at a level beyond Super Saiyan.
