Alright so... there is a huge difference in power between Base, SSj & SSJG SS

The difference is tremendous. As I figured from earlier, their Base and Super Saiyan forms don't even compare to the likes of God tier fighters. Vegeta and Cadda are equals in the same form, but when Vegeta turns up the heat, he single shots Cadda with his Super Saiyan Blue transformation.

So no, Goku's Base form isn't the same battle power as his SSJG form from Battle of Gods, neither is his Super Saiyan form. Only his SSJG Blue transformation is.

Hit aimed at vital points, but Goku kept blocking them. Like you said, he figured it out. So it had more to do with technique than anything else. If the vital attack doesn't strike a vital point, than it's not going to be very effective.

I know Hit is suppressed, but is there a reason to believe he's going to get 100x stronger when he reaches full-power?

Because if Super Saiyan (50x) is that inferior to Super Saiyan Blue, it'd indicate an increase on that scale. Goku doesn't look like he's 50x weaker than Hit.

To me, technique looked like it played a tremendous role in these fights. Vegeta is equal to, or slightly stronger than Goku, yet Cadda was matching him blow for blow. So if Cadda had the technique right now, than he would be able to perform the same feats that Goku recently performed. It has nothing to do with strength right now. People put too much emphasis on that and ignore the larger context of the scenes.

Vegeta SSJG Blue moved so quickly that Cadda SSj (Whose 50x Goku/Vegeta Base) could not detect him. Yet he was taken out rather easily -whereas someone much more than 50x weaker, fared much better. Technique is vital at this point.

Super Saiyan Cabba punched Super Saiyan Vegeta and didn't even move him. I'd say a difference in power is established right there.

I do agree that technique in Hit's case is more focal than his power right now.

I'd also say that technique on Goku's case is also more focal than power right now. He predetermined Hit's attacks and was able to block them, which made a huge difference.

The way I see it, Hit is probably still similar to an SSJB even without his time leaps. You can't react to a movement if you can't see it, so Hit must have been able to follow Vegeta's attacks.

In Episode 39, Goku will apparently almost lose to Hit even with SSJB and knowledge of how to block Hit and either have to pull the Super Kaio-Ken out of the depths of filler or use such a high level of Kaio-Ken that it's stronger than SSJB.

I feel like their SSJ forms might actually be god-tier. They've trained for 3.5 years since getting god powers, and three of those were in the ROSAT. Yes, the ROSAT won't be as strong now that fire and ice can't really affect them, but they still sparred together for years in enhanced gravity. Their power should be up significantly from what it was in the ROF saga.

Also, Vegeta and Cabba weren't equals. I know they both said they wouldn't hold back, but at the end of the day, one of them waved the other's blasts away with his hand and didn't even react to a punch to the forehead. Spoiler alert: it was Vegeta. They're equals the way Kaio-Ken x20 Goku and 50% power Frieza are equals.

It looks like a huge boost for original Super Saiyan again, but I don't see it being 50x.

SSJ Goku >> 4th Form Frost >> 3rd From Frost > Base Goku

Large gap but probably not 50x.

It would have to be.

The multipliers mimic what we saw on Namek. Frost said he could barely control his full power, which is exactly what happened with Freeza. Nothing infers that it needs to be any lower than 50x except personal preference.

Frost didn't have any bulk form for 100% though. It seems like his 100% is equal to Freeza's 50%, meaning Goku only needs like a 30x multiplier or so.

Neither did Mecha Freeza, but he definitely surpassed his previous Organic Form.

Mecha Freeza became that strong due to his enhancements, though. We also don't know if he can or cannot bulk up.

Also, King Cold is close to Organic Freeza in his second transformation. It's safe to determine that the transformation of these types of beings does not work the same for all of them. Summarily, Frost had a difficult time controlling his full battle power whereas 50% Freeza was capable of controlling his. The two scenarios do not reflect one another.
