An attempt to keep the Base Saiyans below Freeza

This is an attempt. If I fail, I won't bother to go back and change it. Was just interested in trying while still somewhat (read: barely?) adhering to my ideas of scaling, consistent SSJ multipliers and whatnot.

Naturally, I think Base Saiyans < Freeza by the Boo arc goes entirely against what we're shown in the manga, but that's besides the point.

Supposing we get minimal gains 5 years later, I suppose that's a success? I lied and I did actually end up lowering some levels as I made them -- that was before I even got to the Boo arc, so I guess I wasn't really lying, but still, at some point during the Semi Cell levels I realized that if I kept scaling that way I'd end up with them higher, so.

So going by this attempt, from the end of Freeza to the Cell Games, Goku gets 30x stronger. That's less than his zenkai on Namek prior to fighting Freeza even if you adhere to the Daizenshuu's values, so that's interesting to see. Obviously it's a natural conclusion to come to, given that Base < Freeza dictates gains of under 50x from end of Freeza to Boo, but it's still funny comparing it to massive power-ups that we know occurred for a fact prior.

Had to compromise a ton in areas that I'd ordinarily never even try to do, threw out more personal logic than I initially intended to make it work. Might as well be a failure really, but eh.

I can make it work even when having SSJ Trunks [mecha freeza saga] considerably above Goku and when having Piccolo [androids saga] also noticeably above the strongest SSJ shown three years ago, although I have to lowball some gaps, like Imperfect Cell vs #17, and turn them into a 1.33x kinda thing... which isn't necessarily wrong, but I find to be pushing things a little, considering Recoome couldn't fully tank Vegeta with this kind of gap, for instance.
