If it's base Caulifla, #18 wins with high-diff. Her feats in the anime present her as somewhat above Base Goku's tier, as scaling does in the manga with how the humans don't seem leagues below Base Goku's feats.
If it's SSJ Caulifla, she stomps in either medium. Anime #18 wasn't capable of tagging or reacting to Frost, who needed to resort to using Magetta as back up to go up against SSJ Vegeta, whilst Manga #18 lacks anything to place her on Current SSJ tier.

As long as Caulifla can transform she wins both rounds.

#18 is weaker than SSjin tiers so she loses this match.

#18 displayed nothing impressive in the manga beyond defeating Ribrianne, who had already been weakened by her realization that #18 was married to Krillin. #18 was having noticeable trouble with Ribby's special attacks prior to this turnaround.

Note: Since beauty is linked to strength in Universe 2, I figured this was their way of saying Ribrianne’s power was waning and thus included it here.

I didn't see anything indicating Ribby was Super Saiyan tier or such, and nothing indicating #18 had gotten much stronger since the Boo Saga, so to me they're about "android tier."

Base Caulifla stomps #18, let alone SS Caulifla.

I don't know about the anime.

Didn't Caulifla start out a lot weaker than Goku using the same form? #18 eliminating giant Ribrianne was pretty impressive and along with her infinite energy I feel like she could scrape by Caulifla's SSJ form. Speaking in terms of the anime of course.

Manga-wise #18 gets stomped.
