Android 20 (pre absorptions) vs Nineteen (post absorptions)

Some people say that even after absorbing Goku's energy, Nineteen was still weaker than Dr Gero, otherwise it'd make no sense for Gero to still be able to order him. Do you agree?

Gero ordered around 19 for like 5 min's before Vegeta blew 19 up... and even if 19 didnt want to listen... his orders were to kill Goku and was going to follow his programming... and thats what Gero wanted to 19 had no reason to rebel.

19 was stronger I think (idk). Gero absorbed from Piccolo but still got his arms taken off. He was weaksauce.

19 couldn't exactly disobey and get another job. Look at the guy's face.
