Out of the finalists I can only see him beating Man Wolf. Goku said 8's punch was much more incredible than his own, but that Goku was extremely weak when compared to the 22nd Budokai. If it was Goku after Karin's training then I could see 8 being relevant in the 22nd.

Eighter could be high balled to rivaling Initial Tao based off his large building feat of destroying muscle tower. But yeah everybody at the 22nd scales above that unless you take the Tao hype throughout the arc seriously.

You think Pamput beats 8? Pamput should be around Mummy's level imo. Maybe Post Muscle Tower Goku at best, which is still fodder to 8.
