Feel free to provide your own list, ask questions, and/or give suggestions. My main issue is that it's literally impossible to have MSSJ Goku slightly >50x Android 18 so that the Base Kids aren't too far ahead of Android 18. I'm hoping to carry this forward before making a Buu Saga list.

Couldn't this be resolved by reducing the Grade 3 multiplier? I see you go with 50% Goku > Gr 3 Trunks, so unless you adopt the opposite viewpoint then perhaps it's best to nerf Grade 3 by a bit.

With Grade 3, I was adopting the idea of Grade 3 being a 10x multiplier from the EML which works well with the idea that 10x SSJ Goku would be stronger than Initial Semi Cell.

That is also a possibility that I considered but I think the narrative heavily suggests that 50% MSSJ Goku was stronger.

I think I'll likely reduce the levels for Imperfect Cell and Semi Cell to make it work. Perhaps do some fine tweaking with the earlier Android levels as well.

18 had Might Mask on the ropes and she was barely even trying. If she didn’t go all out on Vegeta right off the bat I don’t see why she would on the tournament.

She could’ve also raised her effort to two shot Vegeta but didn’t. Instead she just let him attack her several times.

I’m sure if she were incapable of dealing with Mighty Mask her reaction would’ve been more than just “huh, he’s stronger than those guys”. She’s not even concerned about the boys going SSJ initially.

Trunks is already at 90% of Vegeta which is fairly close I'd say.
