Anime waifu body pillow

A couple weeks ago I was playing word association in the car with my 10yo cousin and her mum. I think her mum said Ocean, cousin said Pacific, I said Japan, her mum said animation, cousin said "anime waifu". I was thinking what the fuck, she knows the words anime waifu and also what the hell do I say to that. So I said body pillow, because surely that's the most obvious thing to say, but apparently not because she was shocked and found is hilarious and was explaining that there are lonely Chinese men who have body pillows of their anime waifu. Damn son. I didn't say they're probably Japanese - don't wanna seem like an expert or encourage looking into it.
