Anybody else miss evil Vegeta and hate Vegeta in super

Before I start, if you're gonna be hostile bc I said something you didn't like then don't even begin your comment bc i'm just here for a simple discussion that I couldn't get from reddit or Kanzenshuu without getting banned or getting called a troll/hater/edgy/pressed/triggered(which is common when it comes to posts like this) OR EVEN AN ANDREW TATE FAN which didn't make sense bc "my previous posts" gave off that vibe but i was completely new to that site and made one comment about liking chi chi and bulma after she had trunks and one post just like this

Now,

I just think that Vegeta being a soft family man is so out of character and it would've been better if he just stayed evil and didnt get with Bulma. It doesn't feel right seeing him like this. Don't get me wrong I love his dynamic with present Trunks but just listen to me for a minute even if i don't make sense to you bc it's eating me up inside after rewatching/reading the buu saga.

When he became a Majin I was completely on board with it even if he did it just to fight Kakarot but even during that fight he went back to that badass Vegeta who didnt give a fuck. If I remember correctly he gave goku a speech about how he found himself growing soft on earth and he wanted to be evil again.

Now he cowers at Bulma just like Goku does with Chi Chi but honestly that trait fits Goku more than Vegeta. It's like Kagomes sit commands; highly annoying.
And I know it's supposed to be a funny trope to some fans but to me it's cringe when it happens to a character like Vegeta and i'm allowed to think that right ? Keep that shit with Goku and Krillin since they are the dorky ones.

In the Buu saga I think he just wanted to be stronger and Babidi gave him that chance. Did he actually want to be evil? I think only a part of him wanted that and Babidi amplified that part when turning him Majin. He was conflicted. His old identity that he'd always identified with - a ruthless warrior - was slipping away from him and he was having difficulty accepting the new softer version of himself and figuring out how to be a great warrior while not being evil - but he figured this out eventually, when he able to tap into all his power against Buu to try to save Trunks, Bulma and the Earth and he showed it again when he tapped into a new level when fighting for Cabba.

Vegeta's moral struggles and witnessing how his narcissism drives him both to great achievements and to his demise (especially on Namek) are some of my favourite aspects of the series and what I focused on the most when rewatching, but I don't miss his evil version. His progression and his internal conflict are more interesting than him being as evil as he was early in Z.

I think that’s just the natural progression for his character, and seeing characters change feels much more interesting. Goku is the only character who can afford to be the same the whole time. Only way I can seen Vegeta staying evil is if he died forever, and the series would be boring without him.

The climax of Vegeta’s character arc came with the Boo Saga, he’s come to terms with the fact he’s not a bad guy anymore and that Goku is better than him, but Super is the aftermath. Life goes on after that, and Vegeta won’t settle for No 2. GT gives another alternative by having him pretty much give up fighting, but I bet you dislike that even more.

I think you’d like to read some of the Granolah Saga, where he acts all evil again for a short while. Chapters 73 and 74, I think. After that he mostly gets sidelined.
