Arc Granolah starting power scale

I have my doubts, at first everything seems to seem like the Granolah Clone would have been the most powerful Warrior in the Universe and then Goku PSSJB (Vs Granolah) fights at the same level. The latter mentioned that he has trained a lot. That would mean that:

UI Goku (Vs Granolah) >> Granolah >> UI Goku (Weakened) > Vegeta SSJBE (Peak) > Vegeta SSJBE (Initial vs Granolah) >>>>>>> Vegeta PSSJB (Upon reaching Planet Cereal) >= Clone of Granolah = Goku PSSJB (Vs Granolah) > UI Goku (Chapter 70) > Merus = Angel Moro = UI Goku (Arc Moro)?

Or would it simply mean that:

UI Goku (Vs Granolah) >> Granolah >> UI Goku (Weakened) = UI Goku (Chapter 70) > Vegeta SSJBE (Peak) = Merus = Angel Moro = UI Goku (Arc Moro) > Vegeta SSJBE (Initial vs Granolah)?


Or maybe it's the 1st option, but with the SSJ multipliers greatly decreased.

We saw Vegeta Base beating Goku PSSJB, we saw Goku PSSJB fighting very well against Awakened Gas.

Surely Goku and Vegeta having these divine forms makes their lower states become much stronger, causing the multipliers to decrease. Something similar to what happened with SSJ4 in DBGT.

Which alternative is correct? What would his power scale be like? How many times more powerful is UI Goku (Vs Granolah) than UI Goku (Arc Moro)?

I think it's the second option. Granolah (Clone) was just a fraction of his power, and even then Goku was having some trouble. I thinK Granolah (Clone) = PSSJB Goku, but some have Granolah stronger and I can understand why. Vegeta also points out Granolah was fighting very poorly because he wasn't used to his power, so they don't have to be on par with him to fight him.

Later, Goku was only holding his own because he was using UI with Super Saiyan Blue to dodge better, his attacks weren't any stronger. Vegeta only beats Goku because Goku wasn't expecting it, Goku isn't even injured and still saves Vegeta from Granolah again after that.
