I can understand Fantastic Hure. Kid Gohan was the coolest SSJ2 and i'd like him to be the strongest. I think we can interpret
Piccolo's ''perhaps'' statement to our liking. If you want to make a list with SSJ2 Kid Gohan>SSJ2 Majin Vegeta, make one.

On-top of that Goku also said no-one could defeat him and Vegeta also said something and the new material and DragonBall Super kind-of helps, too.

Yup, even his SSj3 is no match against Gohan's Full potential.
