Are tanking gaps consistent enough to take seriously?

If including things from part 1 then definitely not. Piccolo was able to tank a Super KHH from Goku in the 23rd with no damage at all. They can be consistent in part 2 but I think it's dumb to assign an exact gap to a specific tank. You can get a general idea of "y tank was greater than x tank" and so forth, but it shouldn't be some ironclad rule.

I think they're a good baseline to set some gaps for part 2. Still, it'd be cool if ~60k Goku tried to tank one of the Ginyus for us to have a bigger outline to work with.

Not really. If Ki can be amplified for offensive means, why not defensive ones?
