Is there a limit as to how many different times a Saiyan will ever be able to transform?

Is there a limit as to how many different times a member of the Frieza Race can transform, or is it limited?

Saiyans seem to be naturally limited to Super Saiyan 3, discounting the whole God Ki stuff.

Frieza race? Theoretically, no. If you consider the suppressed forms as forms, a Freeza clansman could just make an infinite of them.

It's never been stated. Inherently, there has to be a personal limit. Like, at some point, the characters will just die before hitting all their forms.
