Are those gaps good to begin with?

Help me in my attempt to make a new, better Early DB list. What do you think of the below?

-P123 made a point about Mr Satan being less than 2x Farmer, because he can't one shot Farmer the same
way. Well, Saberoth Tiger can definitely do that, so let's place the carnivores at 10 and fit the martial artists
in that room...
Farmer: 5
Saberoth tiger: 10
Mr Satan: 8
Pintar: 8
Killa: 7
Jewel: 7
Videl: 9
Videl (chi): 10
Yamu: 11
Spoppo: 11
One can say ''Aren't Mark and Videl too close to the tiger?''. Well, even though they were supposed to be
real life tier, those two were pushing real life feats (Mark broke the pile of stones and Videl one shotted
bulky robbers).

-BODB Krillin is not hugely above Saberoth Tiger. He was freaked out and one shotted it in a way that
reminded me of Beerus vs Whis, so i give them the same gap...
BODB Krillin: 15

-Tailless Goku stomped Krillin, but they fought for a while. I have him at 75% of his tailed self...
BODB Tailless Goku: 18

Don't feel like bothering searching for that scene, but whatever. Mr Satan was pushing real life tier and Videl
was stated to surpass him...i think. Was that not stated?

Mr. Satan is on the higher end of real life tier but Toriyama confirmed that he would lose to Bob Sapp so he's still not beyond it. Videl isn't much stronger so she still lose to wild animals like the Sabertooth Tiger.

How about lowering Satan to 7 and giving Pintar/Initial Videl/Bob Sap a 7 too?

That works. I personally would put Satan at 7, Bob Sapp at 7.5 and Videl at 7.8.

Bob Sapp is 6'7 and 350 pounds of pure muscle. The gap between Sapp and Hercule is perhaps the most important gap in all of the series.

I think in terms of creating a battle point system, it's important to note all situations. It's clear that in terms of strength and size, Hercule is clearly no match.

Hercule to me reminds me of something like a Cain Velasquez or Lyoto Machida type of build. Can I get his height and weight? I'd say something like 6'2 225 or so. Strong, fast, technical, etc.

Hercule can defeat monsters like Bob Sapp and Brock Lesnar, but he does so with superior speed and technical ability with just enough strength to keep himself in the game. Now how does this effect our battle point system?

The battle point system should be able to account for Bob Sapp and Brock Lesnar's superior ability to dish out damage and take it, but also Hercule shouldn't be far enough away whereas he can't do anything. It's something to think about.

Also, it seems that non ki users do not have ki defense like ki users do. So where a ki user could stomp with a 1.25x advantage and not take too much damage a human without ki skills would still get damaged a decent amount with that gap.

Also at this stage of the game, most powers that are not main character related are not going to be balanced. Power and speed is not even hardly ever.
