Doriki isn't like DBZ PLs. It's physical strength. Kaku has swords, so even though his non-df Doriki is like half of Lucci's non-df, with swords he's probably closer, unless you think he's as strong swordless as with swords.

Arlong could quite easily lift wooden houses and throw them. Luffy pushed high-rise buildings apart just before heading to Enies Lobby, which looked like stone buildings. How much was this just physical strength and how much was also using his elastic properties to coil himself, in a way that isn't very transferable to other situations? In East Blue did Luffy already have the physical strength to lift a wooden house like fishmen could?

CP9 have great durability due to Tekkai. Is that a factor for doriki rating? Is Kalifla's rating 600+ because of her durability bringing it up, or because of her offensive strength?

Of-course. Giraffe-gai is mostly likely more of a threat with a sword yeah. Did he even have a special-attack with swords though or just really adept?

No idea, but then again Lucci as a leopard is even more power-full. Dokiri is registered by punching right? So it’d just be force of punch, like the punching-machine at the Tenkaichi-Budokai maybe. Didn’t Zoro lift a building vs Mr. 1 at Alabasta? He might have also thrown it. Can’t remember.

And yeah I think Luffy’s fruit could help with Dokiri rating unless he punches with-out stretching his arms.

I know you most likely won’t read it (you being wolf), but there is also Franky not being able to move Lucci (despite having defeated whatshisname before) & then Lucci answering he is 5x above whatshisname. Maybe Tekkai is also a thing that is based-on how power-full they are. Well it most likely is. It only makes sense.
