The last episode I watched was when Jinbe showed up to feed Big Mom in the whole cake arc, as for the manga the last thing I remember was Brook doing something with Big Mom.

But I do have a basic idea of what's going on currently.

Assuming you mean it's based on which I like better then it should be something like-

DB > One Piece > JoJo > HxH

Although come to think of it if we went by how strong the verses are it's probably still the same.
