Badibi is happy that Kaioshin has entered the ship. Him and Dabura agree that the Saiyans have marvelous energy and their power can be used to resurrect Buu. Badibi thinks that Pui Pui can defeat 3 Saiyans in a minute's time, with Kaioshin right there.

Badibi thinks that Kaioshin is absolutely nothing, how does Kaioshin fare against Pui Pui with no psychic attacks at his disposal?

Hard to say. Can we say with certainty that Babidi knows how strong Kaioshin is? Kaioshin doesn't have regular ki that can be sensed. Babidi was confident that he alone could beat Kaioshin, but Kaioshin was also confident that he could beat Babidi 1 on 1...

What we know about them is they have no understanding of how much power it takes to fill it up. I think they have something that predicts the future or something that tells them the Saiyans will fill it up or something

It’s not about what they got right it’s how their false conclusions paint a specific narrative.

When Super Saiyan Goku was fighting Yakon, Badibi took his power reading, the power reading ended up being 3,000 killi. Now, Goku ended up increasing his power to blow up Yakon and it seemingly breaks the power reader, but only Badibi seems to accept this situation, Dabura seems to continue on thinking he's only 3,000 killi as delusional as he's being.
