But I think it had something to do with Bardock not getting promoted to elite, even-though AT in an interview said you can get promoted to elite if your level is high enough or something.

A-lot of things in DragonBall Minus seem weird. Like Goku apparently being 3 years old when he was sent-away, which makes no sense to me.

AT stated Bardock was a low class Saiyan, so Manga Bardock must be at around Raditzes level. Even if he's higher, i don't think he's more
than 1500. Piccolo is at 2000 in my books, so he wins.
As for Goku's appearance, i guess Saiyan babies grow faster.

I can't remember, but I do remember Goku not even knowing his parents. It was never even implied, and makes no sense.

BTW, Raditz seems like trash-tier even as a low-level Saiyan.
