If Bardock got a Zenkai & considering Chilled looks like 1st Form (superficial I know but not much to go by), I'd say Bardock got this.

I personally put Bardock at 50k, since he was at least 10k in the first movie and then the SSJ multiplier. But I don't have a problem with putting him higher because of 1st Form implications.

I think it actually might have said he was closing-in on 10,000 & not actually 10,000. Can't remember right though.
