In this timeline, Bardock has another future vision that foresee him losing to Frieza. He then decides to escape to earth. How would things change?

Bardock and Kakarotto would be found by Gohan. Knowing starting bloodshed on a planetary scale would only cause Earth to be brought to Freeza's attention, he decides to go with Gohan to stay, with Bardock training Goku personally whilst learning some martial arts philosophies the old man has to offer, including the Kamehameha. It isn't long before the two venture to meet Roshi to learn anything they can from him, as well as Karin and eventually Kami. Though this does little to improve their strength, they do learn more general martial arts philosophies and when meeting with Kami, the Rosat is brought into question. Bardock waits a few years until Kakarotto is ready (around the time he'd normally meet Bulma in the main timeline) to go in. Bardock would've also picked up some Senzu from Karin and from their training inside, Bardock's power reaches the millions whilst Kakarotto probably makes a significant improvement despite his age too. Aware of his visions, however, Bardock knows it's best not to challenge Freeza until Kakarotto is fully grown.
Meanwhile, Gohan goes with Bulma instead of Goku, leading to the group having a far easier time on their journey. Kuririn still trains with Roshi and Roshi wins the 21st TB far easier against Namu in the finals. As for the Red Ribbon Army, Bardock and his son stop them and when Piccolo Daimao shows up three years later, they easily beat him but let him live, knowing of his link to Kami. The Piccolo of this timeline continues to train but can never match up to how Bardock is now and eventually abandons his plans of world domination.
Once Kakarotto has gone through his growth spurt, Bardock considers it time to challenge Freeza, confident in his victory. By this point, Kakarotto would be about as strong as his father. They openly challenge Freeza and things seem to go well, but they are sent aback when Freeza finally transforms and kills Bardock. Kakarotto's rage causes him to become a Super Saiyan, at which point the plot takes two routes:

1. He kills Freeza before he can power up further and returns to Earth. Bardock is revived with the Dragon Balls and Bardock takes over the Freeza Force, rebranding it the Saiyan Empire and inviting Raditz, Nappa and Vegeta to live on Earth. Kakarotto would then kill King Cold when he eventually came to Earth, countering his attempt to destroy it from above. When #17 and #18 show up, however, nobody is able to defeat them and having not invested time into starting a family with the humans, the Saiyans are all killed. Cell eventually appears over 20 years later and becomes perfect, though his lack of Freeza's cells would mean even his Zenkais wouldn't be enough for him to surpass Broly if he makes the mistake of killing Paragus.

2. Freeza powers up and kills him, the Rosat training still not being enough to bring Kakarotto to the 3 million mark. Freeza's rule continues until either Beerus awakes and decides to destroy him, he comes in contact with Babidi and Dabura or he finds Broly.

Wouldn't Bardock kill Frieza before he even gets the chance to transform?

It depends. Bardock isn't aware Freeza can transform, so it may catch him off guard if Freeza's Ki suddenly starts to skyrocket. On top of that, he may get somewhat overconfident with his new power and create that opportunity for Freeza, unless his precognition starts to finally act conveniently for him.

Part 1- Original Dragon Ball
Bardock decides that, as things have turned out (his race dead and Freeza unbeatable), he'd better stay on Earth and rule it as a king, hoping that Freeza will never reach this part of the universe. He conquers the planet and replaces the dog formed king. Partly having had a change of heart after the TV special's events, he is not too hard on the earthlings, so, eventually, everybody gets used to the new situation.
11 years later, Bulma meets Gohan and they go to search for the Dragon Balls together. Bulma wants to wish for King Bardock to fall in love with her, having had a crush on him since she was little. Yamcha soon joins them after he is defeated by Gohan and decides to become his student. They easily dispose of Pilaf.
Shenron says he cannot grant Bulma's wish. After her initial annoyance, Bulma tries this: She wishes for her to be transported to Bardock's palace, confident that she'll successfully seduce him. So this is where Bulma and the Z Fighters part ways.
Bardock has spent those 11 years training his son, who, thanks to that kind of training, can fly and fire blasts and his power level is his canon level after he drank Korin's water (KP Saga). At first, Bardock is annoyed by the woman's sudden appearance, but then he has a vision: he sees the son he will have with Bulma transformed into a Super Saiyan and defeating Freeza. And so, he decides to keep Bulma in the palace and declare her his queen, to the girl's delight. Over time, he comes to truly like her as well. Soon, another version of Trunks is born.
Bardock has always treated his first son with contempt, because of his low power level, but, after Trunks is born, things get even worse. Bardock devotes almost all his time to training Trunks and totally neglects Kakarrot, who acculmulates more and more anger in him every day.
When the RRA starts gathering dragon balls, Bardock has a vision. He sees how dangerous Dr Gero's androids can get, so he immediately destroys the whole army himself.
Likewise, when Pilaf and his gang are about to release King Piccolo, he klls them before they do so. He's not afraid of Piccolo's power, but, thanks to his visions, he knows the Dragon Balls will disappear if Piccolo dies, so he'd rather let Piccolo remain trapped than risk having to kill him in case he's too stubborn to obey him as a king, because he wants to leave the Dragon Balls intact, just in case he needs them sometime.
Finally, Raditz arrives.

Part 2- Freeza/Babidi Saga
When Raditz arrives, Bardock's PL is at around 20.000, Kakarrot's is at around 1000 and Trunkses is in the low millions' range.
After father and son (Bardock and Raditz) reunite and express their contempt towards each other, Bardock talks to his eldest son about his visions and the Super Saiyan prophecy. Raditz informs Vegeta and Nappa, who will be on Earth in one year.
During that year, Bardock keeps training with Trunks, while Kakarrot and Raditz, both neglected by their father, come closer to each other and spar together. At the end of the year, Kakarrot has surpassed Raditz, his PL being at 3500, with Raditzes being at 3000.
Vegeta and Nappa bow before Trunks, the Saiyan whom they believe to have fulfilled the Super Saiyan prophecy; under those circumstances, Vegeta does not feel jealousy or resentment, he's just glad that he has lived to see the legendary warrior who will avenge their race.
The Saiyans go to the capital of Freeza's empire and Trunks kills Freeza (who's still in his 1st form). King Cold attacks him and stomps him. Horrified, Vegeta, Nappa, Raditz and Kakarrot are about to run away, but Bardock will not follow them. To their shock, he steps in! Cold mortally injures Bardock, which causes Trunks to get mad and transform into an SSJ. The dying Bardock reveals that he knew he had to sacrifice himself so that the legendary warrior would be born.
Trunks kills King Cold. He is acknowledged by the four remaining Saiyans as their king. The Saiyans take over the Icers' empire. Trunks transfers the empire's capital to Earth and resurrects his father with the Dragon Balls.
Although Vegeta has no hard feelings towards Trunks, he keeps training to become Number 1, so he asks Bulma to build him a gravity chamber. Kakarrot asks for the same thing, with Raditz and Nappa preferring a more relaxed life from now on and Bardock acknowledging he will never catch up with the younger generation. Eventually, both Vegeta and Kakarrot achieve the Super Saiyan state and surpass Trunks, who keeps training but, being only half Saiyan, is not as obsessed with power and battles as Kakarrot and Vegeta. Nevertheless, neither of the two claims the royal title, since they decide that it doesn't matter who the king is, so Trunks remains the ruler of the empire.
At some point, Bardock's visions warn him of Babidi. Seeing how powerful Dabura is in his visions, he starts seeing beyond the Super Saiyan state. And so, Kakarrot and Vegeta unlock the grade forms and finally master the SSJ state. Trunks trains too and is not left too far behind them in power.
Kaioshin and Kibito show up at the royal palace (Bardock declares he's been waiting for them) and ask the three Super Saiyans to follow them.
In Babidi's spaceship, Puipui and Yakon are disposed of quickly (regardless of who fights them) and Dabura withdraws after sensing the evil in someone's heart. Kakarrot is majinized!

Part 3- Buu Saga/Dragon Ball Super
Majin Kakarrot unlocks SSJ2 and reveals he hates Trunks because, all those years, their father has preferred Trunks over him. Trunks is shocked. Babidi transports them to the desert to fight. Outside of Babidi's spaceship, Vegeta starts fighting Dabura.
SSJ2 Kakarrot has the upper hand and declares that, when he has killed Trunks, he will do the same to that 'bastard father of theirs'. That causes Trunks to unlock SSJ2 as well and the fight becomes even.
Meanwhile, Dabura stops toying and goes full power, thus stomping Vegeta, who, frustrated by his weakness, unlocks SSJ2 and turns the tables.
Buu awakens. Kakarrot knocks Trunks unconscious and goes to handle the problem himself. By the time he arrives, Buu has killed Dabura and is stomping SSJ2 Vegeta. Not even the combined forces of the two SSJ2s can stop the djinn.
Kakarrot is about to blow himself up when Bardock appears. Thanks to his visions, he knows that Buu will eventually rebel against Babidi, so he manages to speed things up by talking the monster into killing his master. Buu agrees to change his ways and goes to live with the Saiyans at the palace. Kakarrot forgives his father and their relationship improves.
When Beerus appears, the pudding event happens and there are enough Saiyans for the ritual. Kakarrot becomes SSJ God and fights Beerus the same way as in canon. Later, both Vegeta and Kakarrot become Whisses students and unlock SSJ Blue.
Golden Freeza is defeated easier than in canon, thanks to Bardock's visions.
In the U6/U7 Tournament, U7's team is Monaka, Vegeta, Kakarrot, Trunks and Buu. U7 wins. Thanks to Bardock's visions, Zamasu's plan fails.
During the TOP Saga, Kakarrot falls in love with Caulifla and decides to go to live with her in Universe 6. Vegeta decides to follow him there, since he's his arch rival.

What about Raditz? Surely he and others would like to pay Bardock a visit.

Unlikely. Freeza would probably become aware of Raditz's actions via scouter communication, so all Raditz visiting would do is unknowingly spring a trap for his father and brother.
