Vegeta should win, but with toyo writing you never know. Gas already stated Bardock was stronger than a low class saiyan and then he got that emotion boost as well

I kind of just assume Bardock is around his level at the end of the original Bardock special, about 10,000, so for me Vegeta stomps here.
