For a serious answer to the topic, Isidoro could put up a good fight against Bonebeard iirc. Whilst Rickert isn't known for his fighting capabilities as much as the other Hawks, him being one of the few to charge forward against Zodd suggests he'd have some basic capability in a fight and, fighting prodigy or not, I wouldn't imagine Isidoro as being above someone with Rickert's experience by much. Rickert is also more of a tactician than Bonebeard, so depending on the battlefield and weaponry, I'd say Rickert has a decent chance of winning. Bonebeard would win if the fight takes place in an enclosed space or if there's no weapons involved though.
