Goku stomps. He was Saiyan Beyond God in the movie, and even in the anime Base Copy-Vegeta roflstomped SSJ3 Gotenks.

Goku Base wins with extreme ease as well as in the Movie, Anime and Manga.

Although Goku can be playful at times, he knows how unpredictable and dangerous Buu is to the environment, so he ought to keep that in mind in this fight. Goku wins cleanly.

Kid Buu is the strongest guy ever.

Stronger than Super Vegetto, but not stronger than Goku Base (Post God).

Kid Buu is still a threat to Goku in BoG.

I'm not sure if Goku's base has elevated to quite that much at this point.

Beerus power isn't all that tremendous. He used 10% against Vegeta and "100%" against SSJG Goku so, that means if Ssj Goku ~ SsjG Goku then Base Goku is less than Enraged Vegeta.
