I don't think the blast was way above her, it was moderately above her at best imo.

Why is 18 sweating profusely? Are we to assume that 18 is as strong as the Super Saiyan boys? Or somewhat relevant to them?

Of course not, because Trunks' blast was merely a suppressed one and what's more, they weren't even at full power. Kaioken Goku is also pretty concerned at 18k Vegeta's power, I think the situations are paralel, see how both of them comments on the power and speed?

It's in Spanish haha. But Goku and 18 both say pretty much the same thing:

Goku: that power... that speed. I can't follow it, even with the Kaioken
#18: what power and speed. Could it be that those brats are this strong?

Well, I'd not say 18k is quite superior to 16k+ and what's more, Vegeta said he went easy on the blast because he didn't want to kill Goku this soon.

Yeah, he pretty much said "I made it easy to dodge on purpose", but it's not that the same thing as Vegeta saying he wasn't going all out on the blast?

Yea, it was still powerful, but still easy to dodge. The blast can easily be 20k or better.
