Can Vegeta after his first year of training defeat Freeza in just his Base Form?

I think Vegeta would require his second RoSaT trip to win in base.

With a 10x multiplier or less, Vegeta will slaughter Freeza. With a 50x, I'd say Freeza takes the victory.

Super Saiyan is definitely a 50x boost imo. There is no way Android 18 can be anywhere near 10% of MSSJ power.
