Base Vegeta (1st Post RoSaT) vs 50% Final Form Freeza

I think Vegeta comes up just short of that mark. He can likely give Freeza a good fight but will ultimately lose.

I'd end up with Vegeta being just barely below 50% Freeza, so it all comes down to whether or not Vegeta's superior skill and experience is enough to make up for slight power disadvantage. I'd ultimately say it wouldn't though as Freeza has more variety in techniques and is at least as durable as Vegeta, if not more so.

I’m giving this to Freeza, and easily so. I don’t think Base Saiyans are anything special.
