Base Vegetto (Manga) Vs SSJ3 Gotenks or Ultimate Gohan

Where do you place him and why? For me, it would make more sense for him to be atleast stronger than Gohan based on how the characters become stronger than the other.

I have Base Vegetto > Gotenks Boo due to having a small fusion SSJ multiplier, so he stomps.

I usually explain it by saying Vegetto was suppressed in Base (which he was).

Boo did give off a reaction of surprise when Vegetto was form, implying he was a lot stronger than he anticipated. That at the very least places him above Ultimate Gohan for me.

I have smaller multipliers for Fusion characters so I have their Base Forms significantly stronger. Imo Manga Base Vegetto = Vegetto as portrayed in the anime. In their anime fight Vegetto wasn't doing to bad but Buu said he was holding back and wasn't at all really impressed with Vegetto's feats. He admitted he was stronger than he originally thought but still not enough to beat him. I put Base Vegetto a little bit beneath Gotenks Buu.

Yea considering how small Gotenks Super Saiyan boost appears, I don't see why Vegetto wouldn't be similar. Base Vegetto could be very strong.

Ultimate Gohan>Base Vegetto>SSJ3 Gotenks

I have gotenks about 10% stronger than vegetto. So taking the time limit into consideration vegetto doesn't necessarily "win" but he would best him. Gohan stomps.
