Base Vegetto vs Gotenks-Boo

According to Old Kaioshin, Gokhan would be able to beat Gotenks-Boo without transforming. Later he said Vegetto was definitely the strongest. So, is Vegetto stronger than Gotenks-Boo?

I don't think Old Kaioshin was factoring in hypothetical Fusions when he made that statement, so Gotenks-Boo stomps. If we assume that Gohan was the other master, then a Fusion of Goku and Gohan would still qualify as a Fusion of "two of the top 3 masters in both the living world and afterlife" and also be among the strongest anyway.

I don't think their rivalry really contributed too much to the Fusion, either. To me it just sounds like he's saying their rivalry is always pushing them to get stronger, which would obviously make Vegetto more powerful since stronger components = stronger Fusion.

I say Vegetto wins after a lot of trouble. It's dubious as to whether or not that statement means Vegetto > Gokhan, but seeing how Vegetto transformed to beat up Gohan-Boo, I doubt that is the case.

I think the way he words it implies he's talking specifically about Vegetto. He says that on top of the fact that they're 2 of the 3 strongest warriors int he universe, there's also the rivalry. Sounds like EK is implying Vegetto and Gokhan are the strongest possible outcomes for a fusion, with the rival boost putting Vegetto on the top.

Base Vegetto would be in between Gotenks Boo and Gohan Boo's power imo, given how the latter's surprise when sensing Vegetto despite already being cautious of Gohan and Goku's fusion would suggest Base Vegetto surpassed his estimations of a fusion which should logically be as strong as what Boo expected from a Gohan/Goku fusion.
Despite this, Boo may still win due to superior stamina and his variety of techniques.

I can go one of two ways with Vegetto

Scenario 1.) Go the way the anime portrayed, being on Gohan Buu's level (somewhat). If that's the case than I give this too Vegetto

Scenario 2). I have Base Vegetto being inbetween Gohan and Gotenks Buu which gives Buu the advantage power wise, but I'm not sure Vegetto could overcome that difference with Skill against Buu, I would give it Gotenks Buu Mid-High Difficulty.

Base Vegito. El Manga Legendario strictly says that Rival Boost makes Vegito > Hypothetical Gokhan, which is supported by Old Kai

Vegito is probably strong enough to beat Buu but not strong enough where he can toy Buu around in order to be absorbed hence he needed SSjin to accomplish the job. So Vegito wins if this is fight to death.
