50x due to GT. Without GT, it could be 2.5x, though I see no need in differentiating Vegetto's power, considering he's unrivalled in Z anyway.

You could place Base Vegito at SSJ Gotenks tier if you want to make the 50x multiplier work.

On-topic: Base Vegito is featless. He was scared away by a casual ki blast from Gohan-Boo, enough to make him think he should transform on spot. Gohan should win this.
